Business Resource Groups
Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play a key role in our integrated DEI+J strategy. These 8 high-visibility groups not only create spaces for different communities to come together and discuss advocacy issues — they offer perspectives and learning across our entire company through events and heart-to-heart conversations.
BRGs also have a voice at the policy level. Their input impacts the services and resources Point B provides associates.
