Going Beyond Expectations with Tailored Solutions
For Connor Donnelly Senior Managing Consultant, the value of “Win Through Innovation and Growth” is in creating tailored, cutting-edge Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Technology Management Office (TMO), and Project Management Office (PMO) tools. His goal? To make technology approachable and beneficial for customers, while enabling them to achieve deeper levels of success.
Connor shares, “I’ve designed unique and highly beneficial PPM, TMO, and PMO tools for our customers. We use various technologies to streamline results and teach our customers new tools to boost their success.”
One standout project for Connor was building a "Tech Strategy Execution Office" for a customer to optimize IT investments from intake to closure. The organization wasn’t ready for complex practices, so he created basic processes using tools like Excel and Power BI. By meeting them where they were and helping them scale over time, he built a governance structure that supported sustainable growth operations.
He explained, "This needed transformation processes like intake, resource management, and project prioritization. By starting with simpler tools that could grow with them, we provided long-term solutions and even helped run their PPM processes to ensure smooth implementation."

Empowering Data with Technology and Social Impact
Chris Lau, Managing Consultant, takes pride in using technology to empower customers and drive innovative, impactful outcomes. He believes technology is only as valuable as its usability – a principle he applies in every project.
He shares, “How we show up with the right technology for customers on projects is key. Enabling people to effectively use technology is as important as the technology itself. For one global food and beverage customer, we helped them focus on their core function by giving them the data insights they needed to improve performance and engagement within their program. Helping others paint the story of value they bring is one of the ways we innovate and help our customers grow.”
One of Chris's proudest achievements was building an automated data integration process for the same customer’s donation program, connecting stores with food banks. Their previous manual process was error-prone and unsustainable. Instead of a temporary fix, Chris created a long-term solution that integrated internal and external data into their existing systems.
“We built intuitive datasets for stakeholders, freeing up time from manual data work to focus on operational excellence,” Chris said. “It was rewarding to see their bandwidth grow and their program’s impact expand.”
The project also uncovered underreported donation data, unlocking additional benefits like potential tax advantages. Chris called it a win for both technological innovation and social impact, reflecting the core values of their programs.
