What makes you proud to work at Point B?
For the last 2.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of Point B colleagues. Their sheer talent, professionalism, and genuine passion for their work make it impossible not to feel proud of how we show up for our customers (and each other!).
Describe the work you do and your areas of expertise. What do you love most about your work?
Over the past 20 years, I've built a diverse set of skills and have an eclectic background, spanning from advertising, producing athletic events, managing top consumer brands, and standing up SaaS platforms for both market research and digital health organizations.
Within all of these dynamic and diverse industries, I've particularly enjoyed roles that inspire creative, person-driven solutions to translate vision into tactical delivery.
How is Point B helping you grow your career?
I decided to make the jump into Management Consulting after nearly a decade leading technical implementations, multidisciplinary teams and post-acquisition integration projects at a hyper-growth digital health start-up. In my time with this organization, I was energized each time we were able to lean into agility and resilience to execute elegant solutions to support both internal and customer initiatives. My motivation to join Point B was rooted in the abundant opportunities we have here to take on similarly transformative initiatives, but within a more broad and varied set of industries and disciplines. I love that each new engagement offers an opportunity to zoom in on new skills and interest areas, effectively leveling up our game and increasing value to our customers.
Describe Point B’s culture in 1 word. Why that word?
Transformative. When I started with Point B in 2022, we were in the early stages of our evolution to support the future vision of the firm and adapt to meet the needs of our customers. I’m motivated by the energy and opportunity change can bring to an organization and look forward to being a part of where we’re headed.
What are some favorite books you’ve read recently?
A few months ago, I found a (new to me) used bookstore in my town – I've since become a regular customer. A few books that I’ve recently read and really enjoyed are Remarkably Bright Creatures, Cloud Cuckoo Land, and The Splendid and the Vile.
Professionally, People Before Things was gifted to me early in my career when I was overseeing technology implementations. The author sets a solid foundation for leaders to adopt intuitive, person-centric perspectives while driving change. I found its messages particularly relevant and grounding for me at the time while I was entrenched in a rather turbulent engagement.
I love that each new engagement offers an opportunity to zoom in on new skills and interest areas, effectively leveling up our game and increasing value to our customers.

If you could have dinner with any 3 people, dead or alive, who would they be and why?
I’ve recently started a personal project researching my ancestry and building a family tree. I was incredibly close to my grandmother, and I’ve found myself lamenting that I didn’t dig into our history more deliberately while she was still alive. There are so many things I had no idea about, and I would love to hear her perspective and share a good laugh over a slice of pizza.
Outside of the above, I honestly don’t know that there’s anyone I’d rather share a meal with than my family and close friends, especially those who I don’t get to see as often as I’d like. That said, in chatting through this question with my husband last night, we did have a healthy debate on fictional characters we’d have dinner with: Ron Swanson, Coach Eric Taylor, and the Dude (IYKYK) topped the list.
Cooking or dining out?
Dining out for sure! I have 2 small kids (4.5 and 8), so our time away from home is limited. Getting out for dinner feels super special during this phase in life.
