Mary Cranstoun, Senior VP of Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards at Providence: Mary Cranstoun is the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition for Providence. Mary has been with Providence since June of 2010 and has over 30 years of HR experience with most of her career leading teams in benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition.
Mark Smith, VP of Workforce Strategy and Analytics at Providence: Mark Smith serves as the Vice President, Workforce Strategy & Analytics for Providence. In this role, Mark and his team have responsibility for advancing Providence’s approaches to selecting the best talent, getting caregivers to top of practice, improving workforce capacity, enabling work through automation, and upgrading analytics and insights capabilities.
Michelle James, Executive Director of the Providence Nursing Institute: Michelle has worked for Providence for 35 years, currently as Executive Director of the Providence Nursing Institute. She started her nursing career at St. Joseph Care Center in Spokane, and moved to Everett, WA, working at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in many roles. She is the president of Washington Center for Nursing (WCN) and actively involved in the community and other philanthropic organizations.
Karen Curtis, Healthcare Executive at Point B: Karen Curtis is a Customer Executive in Healthcare at Point B with over two decades of experience in leading complex, strategic business initiatives for hospitals, health systems and physician organizations.
