Sicely Donaldson is a results-driven leader that has a track record of building, growing and scaling consulting practice. Throughout her career, she has incubated, led and grown practices across Health & Life Sciences, Consumer & Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Energy, and Public Sector.
With close to 30 years of experience in the Consulting Industry, Sicely serves as a thought-partner and trusted advisor to executives across the industry. She is passionate about working with her teams to solve the most transformative needs in the industry and bringing solutions that are right-sized and results. She brings both a possibilities mindset and practical known-how when working with teams to build adaptable, results focused solutions.
Sicely has a Bachelors of Sciences in Psychology and Business Administration. She is a Human-Centered Design Certified Practitioner, is Prosci Change Management Certified, and was named a Top 50 Healthcare Consultant of 2021 by The Consulting Report.
Outside of work, you will find Sicely outdoors or in the kitchen creating dishes from scratch.
