Solutions Director
I lead Point B's National Operations and Supply Chain Practice and am responsible for growing and managing a team focused on improving the financial and operational performance of organizations.
I have extensive experience leading supply chain and process improvement initiatives including enterprise-wide business transformations and proven success in operational excellence, process improvement and redesign, cost reduction, and organizational strategy deployment. I've worked in various industries including healthcare, life sciences, retail and manufacturing.
I'm also an adjunct professor for the University of Washington's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification program and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
