Andrew McDonough | Director, Strategic Initiatives, SanMar
Andrew is the Director of the Enterprise Program, Portfolio, and Project Office (E3PO) at SanMar, the nation's largest supplier of promotional apparel. He leads SanMar's strategic execution, managing the enterprise portfolio roadmap and strategic planning process in close collaboration with business and technology leaders. Previously, he led the implementation of Point B's Email Automation solution at SanMar. Andrew joined the company in 2021, after nearly a decade in healthcare technology and management consulting. He lives in Seattle, Washington, with his wife and two sons.
Chantelle McCall | Senior Director of Sales Operations, SanMar
Chantelle is the Senior Director of Sales Operations at SanMar, the nation's largest supplier of promotional apparel. She began her career at SanMar in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative and has advanced to a leadership role in Inside Sales and Sales Operations. With over three decades of experience, Chantelle is passionate about driving sales efficiency, optimizing processes, and building strong customer relationships. Her deep understanding of SanMar's business and commitment to operational excellence are key to the success of the company's sales teams. In her leisure time, Chantelle enjoys exploring the world of wine and supporting her husband's boutique winery. She is also a proud mother of two teenagers (ages 16 and 13) active in baseball, softball, and volleyball.
