Because of her outstanding leadership, Jen has been honored as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2024 Women Leaders in Consulting in the “Mentor of the Year” category. This prestigious recognition reflects her dedication and commitment to empowering those she mentors. The award winners were selected from hundreds of nominations based on successful women-led teams in DEI programming and efforts toward retaining female professionals

As a Director of Management Consulting Services, Jen oversees the development of associates based in Point B’s Charlotte, Boston, and New York locations, many of them early in their careers. She spends time getting to know each person on her team - leading conversations with a unique blend of authenticity, curiosity, and cultural understanding that builds and deepens trust.

The relationships Jen builds help her tailor coaching to each individual and create new communities where people can learn and grow together. For example, she recently established a Data & Analytics learning cohort to provide access to new skill development for early career associates and the opportunity for more tenured Point B’ers to step into the role of mentor themselves.
One of the most critical outcomes from her approach? Instilling confidence in young women and empowering them to make their voices heard – and getting to see the impact they make for our customers and in our communities because of it.
