Brian Turner Named "For All Leader of the Year"

A nontraditional leadership style perhaps, but absolutely an effective one. Under Brian's leadership, Point B continues to deliver world-class service and solutions to our customers. In fact, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73 is four times greater than the consulting industry average. Brian brings out the best in those around him, leading with empathy in each interaction and empowering his team through distributed decision making.
We're big fans of Brian, and we're thrilled to share that we are not alone: Brian has been named a 2020 For All Leader of the Year by Great Place to Work, recognized for his contributions to Point B's business and also helping our company fully live our values in service of our customers, communities and each other.
To determine the 2020 For All Leaders of the Year, Great Place to Work analyzed submissions completed by those who made the 2019 Fortune Top 100 Companies, 2019 Best Workplaces for Women, 2019 Best Small & Medium Business Workplaces and 2018 Best Workplaces for Diversity. Nominees responded to 5 open-ended questions describing the extent to which the individual in their company showed "For All Leadership" such that it resulted in significant, quantifiable impact on the business success.
