The firm was chosen from anonymous feedback representing more than 4.6 million employees in a 60+ question survey; the ranking was determined by comparing parents' and non-parents' responses and how successful organizations were at overcoming issues of inclusivity and opportunities for advancement to create a great place to work for all.
