| Point B Promotes Janice Anderson and Chris Olsen to Managing Directors
11.24.03 SEATTLE -- Point B Solutions Group, LLP, a professional services firm specializing in project leadership and execution, today announced the promotions of Janice Anderson and Chris Olsen to managing directors within the firm's Seattle practice. In their new positions, both Anderson and Olsen will join the firms other managing directors in serving its Seattle-based clients and provide leadership in the areas of service delivery and associate development. "The promotion of Janice and Chris means that a wider range of Point B associates and clients will now be able to benefit from their expertise," said Point B Co-Founder Darran Littlefield. "As senior associates they have personified the Point B mission by consistently delivering the highest levels of service. As managing directors they'll share their approaches to service excellence with other Point B associates and clients and, in turn, help Point B build on our reputation as the premier project leadership firm in Seattle." Anderson has been with Point B for the past six years, most-recently serving as senior associate and operations director with responsibilities including client account management and professional development. Prior to joining the firm, she spent nine years at Children's Hospital & Regional Medical Center in Seattle where she worked as both a clinician and supported technology initiatives focused on improved tracking of patient care. Anderson, who resides in Preston, Wash. with her husband and three dogs, is a graduate of the University of Washington where she earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry. One of Point B's original employees, Olsen has been with the firm since 1995 and has served dozens of Seattle-based clients in several industries. He was most-recently senior associate and director of new client development. During his tenure with the firm, his responsibilities have included client account management, new business and professional development. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years as a manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he supported Fortune 500 companies in successfully implementing Enterprise Resource Planning technologies. Olsen, who resides in Woodinville, Wash. with his wife and four children, has a bachelor's of science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Washington. About Point B
